LingoStar Terms of Service / 이용약관

1. 서비스

LingoStar는 실용주의 컴퓨팅 연구소(사업자등록번호 705-12-02862, 대표 김정우)가 운영하며, ChatGPT 안에서 외국어 학습 세션, 문제 풀이, 답안 채점, 피드백, 복습 기능을 제공하는 교육용 앱입니다. LingoStar는 공식 시험 기관, 학교, 자격 인증 기관이 아니며, 시험 합격이나 특정 학습 성과를 보장하지 않습니다.

2. 약관 동의

LingoStar를 사용하면 본 약관 및 별도의 개인정보 처리방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 LingoStar를 사용하지 마십시오.

3. 사용자 책임

• 정확하고 적법한 학습 목적에 맞게 서비스를 사용해야 합니다.
• 다른 사람의 개인정보, 음성, 저작물, 비밀 정보를 허가 없이 입력하거나 업로드하지 않아야 합니다.
• 유해하거나 불법적인 콘텐츠 생성, 괴롭힘, 차별, 부정행위, 보안 우회 목적으로 서비스를 사용하지 않아야 합니다.
• 학습 결과, 번역, 발음, 채점 피드백은 스스로 검토해야 합니다.

4. 음성 기능

듣기 기능은 브라우저 음성 합성을 우선 사용하고, 실패할 때 서버 측 음성 합성을 사용할 수 있습니다. 말하기 녹음은 사용자가 직접 녹음을 시작하고 전사를 요청할 때만 처리됩니다. 다른 사람의 음성을 녹음하거나 제출하는 경우 필요한 동의를 받아야 합니다.

5. ChatGPT 및 OpenAI 서비스

LingoStar는 ChatGPT Apps/MCP 환경 및 선택적 OpenAI API 기능 위에서 동작합니다. ChatGPT 및 OpenAI 서비스 사용에는 OpenAI의 약관, 정책, 계정 설정이 별도로 적용될 수 있습니다. LingoStar는 OpenAI를 대리하지 않으며 OpenAI와 별도의 독립 앱입니다.

6. 사용자 콘텐츠와 권리

사용자는 자신이 입력한 학습 목표, 답안, 음성, 기타 콘텐츠에 대해 필요한 권리를 보유하거나 허가를 받아야 합니다. 사용자는 LingoStar가 서비스를 제공하기 위해 해당 콘텐츠를 처리하는 것을 허용합니다.

7. 금지 행위

• 서비스 오용, 과도한 자동화 요청, 보안 테스트 또는 침투 시도
• 악성 코드, 스팸, 사기, 불법 콘텐츠, 권리 침해 콘텐츠 입력
• 타인의 계정, 세션, 데이터에 무단 접근하려는 행위
• 학업 부정행위나 시험 규정 위반을 돕는 방식의 사용

8. 가용성 및 변경

LingoStar는 프로토타입 또는 지속 개선 중인 서비스일 수 있습니다. 기능은 변경, 중단, 제한될 수 있으며, 서버 재시작 또는 배포 환경에 따라 학습 상태가 초기화될 수 있습니다.

9. 보증 부인

LingoStar는 가능한 범위 내에서 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 답안, 번역, 발음, 채점, 피드백의 정확성, 완전성, 특정 목적 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.

10. 책임 제한

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, LingoStar 운영자는 서비스 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 간접, 우발, 특별, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

11. 해지 및 삭제

사용자는 언제든지 사용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 특정 학습 세션 삭제를 명시적으로 요청하면 LingoStar 상태에서 해당 세션이 삭제됩니다. 운영자는 약관 위반, 보안 위험, 서비스 남용이 있는 경우 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다.

12. 약관 변경 및 문의

1. Service

LingoStar is an educational app operated by Practical Problem Solvers (Business Registration No. 705-12-02862, Representative: Jeongwoo Kim) that provides language-learning sessions, exercises, answer grading, feedback, and review features inside ChatGPT. LingoStar is not an official exam provider, school, or certification authority, and does not guarantee exam results or specific learning outcomes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using LingoStar, you agree to these Terms and the separate Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use LingoStar.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the service for accurate, lawful learning purposes.
• Do not enter or upload another person's personal information, voice, copyrighted work, or confidential information without permission.
• Do not use the service to create harmful or illegal content, harass others, discriminate, cheat, or bypass security controls.
• Review learning results, translations, pronunciation, and grading feedback independently.

4. Audio Features

Listening features use browser speech synthesis first and may use server-side speech synthesis if browser playback fails. Speaking recordings are processed only when the user starts recording and requests transcription. If you submit another person's voice, you must have the necessary consent.

5. ChatGPT and OpenAI Services

LingoStar runs on the ChatGPT Apps/MCP environment and may use optional OpenAI API features. OpenAI's terms, policies, and account settings may separately apply to your use of ChatGPT and OpenAI services. LingoStar does not represent OpenAI and is an independent app.

6. User Content and Rights

You must have the necessary rights or permissions for learning goals, answers, audio, and other content you provide. You allow LingoStar to process that content as needed to provide the service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Misuse, excessive automated requests, security testing, or intrusion attempts
• Submitting malware, spam, scams, illegal content, or rights-infringing content
• Attempting to access another user's account, session, or data without authorization
• Using the service to assist academic dishonesty or violate exam rules

8. Availability and Changes

LingoStar may be a prototype or continuously improved service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be limited, and learning state may reset depending on server restarts or deployment configuration.

9. Disclaimer

LingoStar is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of answers, translations, pronunciation, grading, or feedback.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the LingoStar operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

11. Termination and Deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. If you explicitly request deletion of a specific learning session, that session will be removed from LingoStar state. The operator may limit access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or service abuse.

12. Changes and Contact
